Construction Claim Investigations

  • Provide expert claims analysis —consult on various construction claims including surety, property, and construction defect failures and prescribe remedy, often overseeing implementation and claim resolution.

FORENSIC PROPERTY AND CASUALTY PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS

RESPONSIBILITIES

•Investigate an array of engineering and construction projects (civil/structural) to determine the cause & origin of failures, damages, incomplete work and/or defects — must be “hands-on” and willing to climb roofs, crawl in tight spaces, etc.
